Winter Critters Amuse-Bouche

Today I get to share with you a special peek at one of A Muse's adorable new winter critters stamps!

Isn't this penguin ADORABLE???  There's also a couple other new things on this card... can you figure out what they are?

To get your hands on these stamps you need to visit a participating A*MUSE*A*PALOOZA store.  Stampin' EJ's in Costa Mesa has them all and I'll be there tomorrow to teach my next class (see my class schedule here).  Hope to see you there!

Stamps: Penguin on skis, Snowy peaks, and have an ice day by A Muse
Paper: robin's egg blue solid 4-bar note card by A Muse, black card stock, white card stock

Ink: A Muse black dye ink

Copic Original Markers: BG10, E33, E37, Y21

Other: sky blue polka dot sheer ribbon by A Muse, circle and scallop circle punches, glue pen, white glitter (I glittered just the left edges of the peaks and the pom-pom on the hat)

I'm so excited that today starts several days of Amuse Bouche for the brand new holiday release by A Muse!

I love the new cardinal silhouette stamp and fabulous woodgrain paper!!!

I had a blast yesterday teaching my A*MUSE*A*PALOOZA Madness class at Cool Scrapbook Stuff in Poway, CA.  Here are some pictures from our fun afternoon.

Only ONE week!

Can you stand it???  It's only one week until A*MUSE*A*PALOOZA and your chance to see A Muse's awesome holiday stamp release!  All of the Muses have been working very hard preparing.  In fact, I've spent the past several days prepping for my upcoming A*MUSE*A*PALOOZA classes at Cool Scrapbook Stuff in Poway and Stampin' EJs@Debrah's Cottage in Costa Mesa.  

Now... all A*MUSE*A*PALOOZA products are TOP SECRET, but if you take an A*MUSE*A*PALOOZA class you'll be the first to get your hands on these fun stamps! 

So, I can't show you any actual cards, but... I will tease you a little bit...

 

We'll be making five fabulous cards at my A*MUSE*A*PALOOZA Madness class and six different projects at my Gearing Up for Gifts class.  Both of these classes will be taught at both stores.

In addition to the traditional stamping classes, I'm also excited to teach two different A*MUSE*A*PALOOZA themed Copic classes for Stampin' EJ.

Eddie was also spotted someplace special (you can see another picture of him on the A Muse site).  In fact, if you submit your "where's Eddie guess" over on the A Muse site you'll be entered into a drawing to receive a fabulous prize!  Also, if you take your own Eddie photo and post the link on the A Muse site, you'll get an extra entry in the drawing.  I can't wait to see all of the other fun places Eddie will end up :)

AP Challenge #3: Twilight

A*MUSE*A*PALOOZA is almost here... have you signed up for one of my classes yet (there's a link to the right)?  With A*MUSE*A*PALOOZA on the horizon, Monday means a new stamping challenge presented on the A Muse website! The challenge this week is "Twilight".  Outside of "submarine", "Twilight"  is right up my alley :)

Now... rumor has it, Eddie has gone out for a bite.  Wonder where he went??? You had better log on to the A Muse website to find out!

A*MUSE*A*PALOOZA challenge: ribbon

Today is the last day for the ribbon challenge on the A Muse blog and lounge.  I'm a little late to the party, but managed to get a special card done, just in time! 

He he he... I figured out how to use the sub on this one too! :)  I figured these three beautiful ribbons would make a lovely water background.  I'll be sending this card to a special friend who could use some submarine goodness.  (All stamps, ribbon, and twinkle stickers by A Muse.)

Another stamping challenge will be posted tomorrow along with other activities you can participate in! The countdown has begun and there's only 11 days left before A*MUSE*A*PALOOZA begins!  Check out the A Muse website to be a part of the fun.

Have you been checking out the A Muse website for all of the great A*MUSE*A*PALOOZA fun???  There are lots of great challenges daily, and weekly stamping challenges.  I made a special card for the challengee this week: "square"! 

Of course, I had to use the sub!  I'm also especially lucky because I'm visiting Heather and she had to photograph my card for me so I could upload it for the challenge in time as I don't have my computer with me.  :)  Official Heather photography, yay!

It's that time!

FINALLY!  School is out for summer - no more grading, no more lab prep, and loads of sleeping in for me.  A Sunny Summer ahead!  To celebrate, I'm teaching a super fun class this Sunday at Stampin'EJ's @Debrah's Cottage in Costa Mesa (click here for info, scroll down to Stampin'EJ).  Space is still available so I hope you can join us!
