I made a card! Ha ha! :)
Life is slowly returning to "normal", whatever that means. My summer jobs are in full swing, but I'll admit I'm truly enjoying having my evenings off and being able to turn off my brain. This has given me a little bit of time to start catching up on some birthday cards I've needed to make.
I love this coat, featured in this week's Tuesday Trigger over on Moxie Fab World.
I'm usually not a big fan of yellow clothing, but I imagine this coat bringing a lot of sunshine to a cool grey day. With this in mind, I have a friend who has taken up sailing lately, and I thought this might be a fun inspiration for her birthday card for her. I love how striking the coat is, but also how delicate the lines are. I tried to keep that in mind when making the card. Pretty and flirty, in a subtle way.
Hopefully this does the trick and she will enjoy lots of sunny days!
Perfect for the challenge. Love it - makes me feel peaceful.

Awesome card. I love the use of the yellow and pink in the cutout to mimic the sun.
