Tonight was A Muse's Pajama Party! THe second challenge of the evening was to make a "one-layer" card. This was a relief as I was having a hard time keeping up with all of the chatting and only 30-minutes to make a card! One-layer cards are nice and quick, and I"m always happy with how striking they are. I was inspired by several cards I've seen lately that use a bare tree and decorate it with hearts - so sweet!

This is so clever, you are amazing! I love all the white space. I am having a challenging time trying to keep my 99 cupcake cards as simple as possible - it always looks so perfect when other people use white space. i will keep looking at this card to remind myself that sometimes less is best :)

So cute - what a great idea. I don't have that tree set - thinking I should get it. Love all that white space.
